Front End Engineer, TrustArc, San Francisco, US (2018-2020)

Currently working as a front-end engineer at the security-based company TrustArc. This position consists of building new user-friendly solutions to help people navigate the complex laws regarding internet privacy, such as GDPR and CCPA. We have a strong focus on re-usable components to make development efficient and UX smooth and intuitive. We keep up to date with modern front-end technologies such as Angular, ES6, Typescript, RxJs and Cypress.

Web Developer, Auddly, Sweden (2016-2018)

Worked as a web developer at the Stockholm-based music-rights startup Auddly. Auddly was founded by Niclas Mollinder and funded by Björn Ulvaeus from Abba and Avicii’s manager Ash Pournori. I did full-stack development, mainly focusing on frontend.

I was the main link between the design- and development team and continued to be so throughout my time at Auddly. The designers appreciated that they always could count on my ability to perfectly implement their design templates. When they didn’t have time to design something, I would implement their design style on my own.

I developed Auddly’s onboarding guide in 2017. Auddly was having problems with users not understanding how to get started using the service. The onboarding guide was based on my idea and initial manuscript. I then worked closely with the design team and copywriters to create a finished onboarding guide to transition new users into how to use the product. I was the main developer for the project, which, on top of development, required research and a deeper understanding of animations — to guide users’ attention in a complex product.

Database Developer, Uppsala University, Sweden (2012)

Developed laboratory protocols and set up a database for Dr Johan Ledin at the zebrafish facility in the Evolutionary Biology Center at Uppsala University, Sweden.

I am very used to connecting frontend views to backend endpoint. I also have some proficiency in backend development — but prefer frontend.
